This autumn, we're launching unique 10 weeks packages with personalized coaching in Parc du Cinquantenaire (Brussels). Training sessions will be in groups of max 3 or 4 participants to guarantee a high quality coaching.
FREE INTAKE TEST
On Saturday 7 and 14 of September, we organise free intake test to see how your level is in core stability, leg strength, resistance. It's free to join these tests.
FREE TRY-OUT TRAINING SESSION
On Saturday September 21 and 28, we organise free training sessions, according to the results of the intake tests. We will train in small group, with individual exercises for each participant, according to his or her needs.
10 WEEKS PROGRAM STARTS IN OCTOBER
After the intake test and try-out training, you decide if you want to sign up for the 10 weeks program.
PARC DU CINQUANTENAIRE

The main idea is that you train in very small groups, so it's almost personal training, but at a lower price. The personalized coaching allows us to work on specific needs:
